Inter-Rock owns three operating businesses in the United States: MIN-AD, Inc. (“MIN-AD”) and Papillon Agricultural Company, LLC (“Papillon”).  MIN-AD is engaged in the production and marketing of high purity dolomite.  The grade and purity of dolomite produced by MIN-AD enable sales in specialty markets for dolomite as opposed to the lower value construction aggregate market.  Dolomite sales are primarily to the animal feed, glass, roofing and aglime markets in the United States.

Papillon is a US based marketer and distributor of toll manufactured premium dairy feed ingredients, including MIN-AD’s products.

Inter-Rock’s management has a depth of experience in the mining, industrial minerals and dairy feed industries, coupled with strong backgrounds in finance and acquisitions.  We have successfully built the Company through the acquisition and operation of our three businesses. The focus of our strategy is to continue to grow the Company through the expansion of our existing operations and through further acquisitions.
