Inter-Rock owns two operating businesses in the United States: MIN-AD, Inc. (“MIN-AD”) and Papillon Agricultural Company, LLC (“Papillon”).  MIN-AD is engaged in the production and marketing of clay and high purity dolomite.  MIN-AD’s products are sold into the animal feed market.  MIN-AD’s clay has an ideal composition for toxin control.

Papillon is a US based marketer and distributor of toll manufactured premium dairy feed ingredients, including MIN-AD’s products.

Inter-Rock’s management has a depth of experience in the mining, industrial minerals and dairy feed industries, coupled with strong backgrounds in finance and acquisitions.  We have successfully built the Company through the acquisition and operation of our businesses. The focus of our strategy is to continue to grow the Company through the expansion of our existing operations and through further acquisitions.
